Today we closed on 527 Holloway. The legal matters took all of 20 minutes and it was smooth sailing. I'd like to thank Keith from Shapiro & Ingle, Dan Milam from Reinhardt, Milam, Fisher & Idol, and our agents Kim and Don Hanan for the role they played in us purchasing this house. We are super excited to get started with documenting the house so we can submit plans, etc. It will be a while before any demolition can take place... gives us a chance to get settled in our apartment I guess. Nonetheless, we are embarking on a huge and incredible journey and I can't wait to see everything that's transformed during the process--including ourselves!
