Beam in the kitchen - by Holly

Yesterday the guys installed a gigantic beam in the kitchen ceiling/upstairs floor. This is costing us a little more because we opted to have it pushed into the floor above. The kitchen ceiling will be dropped relative to the adjacent rooms, but we're keeping it as high as possible.
